OK, I have around 4 or 5 systems on my home network. Mainly my kids pcs & a server running minecraft for them to enjoy & myself
Anyways. They are all accessible over LAN IP. They've all granted my Teamviewer account easy access & LAN connections accepted. However, whenever I click to connect to their systems. It's always over the internet & not over LAN. I don't know why but over the internet, the speed is slow & what I see is seriously delayed to what's actually happening & makes sing it problematic. However If I type in the LAN IP & connect, it's blisteringly fast!
So, is there a way to make teamviewer connect over LAN if it's available first & not over the internet. I have 40MBps download & 11MBps upload. So there's no reason for the internet speed problem.
I've tried adding the LAN IP in the new contact list but it doesn't seem to accept it! I can't see myself how you can do this unless I've missed something. I would of thought having a LAN connection priority if available would be a good idea because many people use LAN over internet & it would free up the servers!
Thanks in advance!
