Unable to connect to idle computer

I have a system that I have installed teamviewer host onto (version 12) and I can connect fine when I have used the computer recently, even when logged out or restarted. But if i leave the computer alone for 3-4 hours, even though it is showing as active in teamviewer and I have the option to connect, the connections fail. As soon as I log into the computer, teamviewer is suddenly able to connect. I have tried from multiple different computers, and different internet connections. I have even tried using the teamviewer web connection to connect.

I have confirmed the computer is not going to sleep, and a winmtr test from another system is showing that it is not loosing network connectivity. It's like the teamviewer service is going to sleep.
I am going to log a support case as well, but I hope someone here can help

It looks like I have found the cause of the problem. By uninstalling the Intel Graphics driver software, the problem is no longer occurring.
