Hi , i'm thinking of paying for the teamviewer service , brilliant product so far......mostly my reason for buying teamview is so that i can fix computer problems remotely , one thing i would prefer to happen once i have finished my work is for teamview on the customers computer to automatically uninstall or for it to automatically expire in say 24 hours.

is this possible ?  i would be using the option where the customer , does not do the full install on there system , just the remote opition , ideally i dont want to leave any open ports on there computers.

In the free version i know the option you can use is the "run" rather "Install" when initially running the team viewer setup file.

This is the first screen you see after you run the teamviewer download

As far as i know this runs teamviewer for that instance, once it is shutdown or the computer restarted the user on the remote end has to "run" TeamViewer again from the set-up file, im am not sure if you will get a unique teamviewer ID for each time it is used in this manner , but the password will certainly be different.

That said, when doing fixes on remote system it is sometimes( often) necessary to do reboots, and having to re-run TeamViewer each time during that process might be a pain just install it and leave it there, just don't have it "start with windows" that way if the remote user needs you to they can just run it manually and give you the password.
