AWAKEN VODEM

Hi there

I have Teamviewer setup remotely to a computer which is connected online via a Vodem on a Vodafone contract.
Ocassionally the VOdem goes offline and will no longer connect unless it is physically unplugged. Can teamviewer act in a way that can ping it to life remotely?
Currently I cannot connect to it

I wouldn't think so. Teamviewer is installed on the machine behind the modem and cannot talk directly to the modem ...

I'd be troubleshooting why the modem has this issue with Vodafone to eradicate it. Sounds like you needer a more stable "profile" applied to your account.
