Slow connection when remoting from my tablet

Hi there,

I have a tablet with a 1.2 Ghz Dual Core processor.

When I try to connect to Teamviewer on my Windows 7 laptop PC I get an unbearable slow connection. The mouse position updates so slowly and each time I switch windows I have to wait for a couple of seconds for the screen to update.

Unfortunately, this means I cannot use Teamviewer right now.

I've tried using a VNC connection instead (TightVNC) and it's much quicker but it has got problems of its own, so I would rather use Teamviewer like I normally do.

Does anyone know of a solution, i. e. how I can make the Teamviewer connection faster? I've already tried turning off the software firewall.

Have you tried RDP instead?
