Can't Activate TeamViewer

Hi, I am new in this forum, and I have a very strange issue.

Here's the set up:

One router
Static IP address
6 channels
corporate license
6 computers

Scenario:

All computers are able to connect to a customer's computer using teamviewer, however abou an hour ago they suddenly lost connection and could not connect again.
Restarted the computers and we got an error saying "Check internet connection, or proxy server".
**There have been no changes on the configuration of either the network, computers or teamviewer.**

Now, I asked my ISP to provide me a different IP Address for testing purposes.  I used this new IP address and was able to connect and use Teamviewer without a problem.

My question or what I am thinking -- teamviewer blocked my IP address, (which was evident since I used a different IP address, teamviewer worked fine) which I am surprised that it happened since we are using corporate licenses.
Has any of you experienced this issue with teamviewer?
