regarding lockups and TV not working at times

Recently i had an issue with a friends machine , where for the first time i started have issues with Teamviewer.
Strange lockups or blackscreens, other odd happenings when i tried to switch windows users and i discovered a little something that may be a culprit.
After finally getting logged into the administrator account of the remote machine( which was having issues), i went into the user accounts for the admin account:






make sure that the control ISNT set all the way down to "never notify" ( which this one was). 
I brought it up a one setting, and saved it and the machine immediately started responding better to teamviewer.
Not sure exactly why, or if just coincidence, but it helped my situation and will be something i check on all the remote machine i look at.
