I'm using Windows 7 32 bit sp1 on all computers.
I have two computers running Teamviewer 9. In one of the computers everything installed perfectly including printer and VPN driver. In the other one I selected show advance options and selected to install vpn and printer driver as I did in the other computer but the printer and VPN driver did not got installed.
I uninstalled without removing preferences and reinstalled but it didn't work. I did a full uninstall and reinstall but it didn't work. All time selecting to install VPN and printer driver.
Then I went to extras - options - advanced, and then I click on the show advance option. From there I went to advanced network settings. The buttons next to VPN and printer say install. I click on that buttons but I got an error message the vpn driver was NOT installed.
Then I noticed that my computer was announcing unknown devices. I went to device manager and noticed two unknown device in the network adapter category. Both say teamviewervpn. I try to update the driver from there but it could not be found. I deleted the unknown devices and restarted the computer. The unknown devices disappeared but the reappear again when I try to install the VPN driver. Windows tries to install the drivers but says that the driver can not be found.
