Can not connect with another Mac
« on: October 31, 2013, 09:06:47 PM »
I have been using Teamviewer for quite sometime and never any issues until now. I have one friend who I connect with sometimes to help him, we both have Macs. We both have just upgraded to Maverick so maybe that is the issue.

The issue is that he give me his 4 digit password and after I enter it I get a message to input the password, in other words it does not accept the password.

Does anyone else have any issues after upgrading to Maverick?

Hi,

both of us have un-installed, re-installed. I tried with my wife's Mac and same result. I then tried with Teamviewer on my iPad to connect to both my Macbook and my friends iMac, worked fine. So I believe there is an issue with TV and OSX 10.9 as all 3 of the Macs I tried it on had the same result.
