My problem with teamviewer (iphone)

Attempting to remote control on my computer via iPhone I had successfully been able to do so for a few weeks just fine. However over the past week I have had a lot of problems trying to allow remote control.

I had a predefined password before and suddenly one day when I tried remote controlling it the app on my phone crashed. After changing the password and even trying to connect with the random password the same things kept happening. I have re installed the app on my phone and re downloaded on computer and still struggling

Now it is not allowing me to even attempt to connect for the next 300 days due to many failed attempts. This is a big problem for me. Can anyone help me?

I believe the root of the problem was downloading ios 8 on my phone - looking into it

Is not ios 8 as I can access via other persons phone with ios 8. I am really at a loss now.
