Proxy Setup in TV - Not Working..

I am having some issues with TV and the Proxy Setup...  Here is what I have going on..

I have a machine...that has 2 internet connections.  2 NICS..  2  different Internet connections..

LAN1 - Cable modem..  Always has connection.  want to use this for TV Only...  Have a Firewall, and Proxy Server on this Network.
LAN2 - DSL modem.    Dyanmic.    I have a program that uses this Modem.   And needs the IP to change.    I need all web browsing to be done on LAN2.

I need TV to route all traffic on LAN 1, and EVERYTHING else on LAN2.

This *should* be possible with a Proxy.    I setup a proxy on LAN1.  Put that Proxy info in TV.   But TV still uses the LAN2 card...how is this possible?  Why does't it forice TV to route all traffic over that proxy??

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
