i have an issue. after i install teamviewer within a few days or weeks my screen on my laptop becomes scrambled. the scrambled screen happens randomly. i have to restart windows to solve it. the only complete solution i have found is to reformat my hard drive and install windows, but leave out teamviewer. this solves the issue! then after a year or so i have a family member or good friend who calls me with a pc issue and i download teamviewer b/c the other person can't seem to see what i describe....i hope that since it has been so long that maybe an update behind the scenes solved this issue. however, this is not the case the update still causes the issue. well i downloaded teamviewer again and a few weeks ago my screen scrambled. i have removed teamviewer, but as mentioned it does not help. i tried to recover windows from a previous date, but it still occurs. i need to find out what is left on my pc ie.m in the registry or hidden files to try to solve this issue. thanks.
