Request connection from computer or contact

Is there any way to send a remote invitation request to a computer from the Computers & Contacts menu?

We are investigating remote control software for our helpdesk but don't like the idea of our customers having to provide an ID and password to connect us in to their computers, ideally if they logged on with our TeamViewer account they could view our list of computers, choose one of them and that computer receives a prompt confirming if it wants to connect to their PC. Is something like this possible?
