TV 10.0.36244 - Chat issue - Can't add conversation for ONE user

Hi,

I maintain several peoples systems using TV.  I've updated MOST of them to Team Viewer 10.0 without issue. (One guy is still at prior version) When using the new chat interface I can add conversations for all of them except one person.  

Her system is online and I've logged onto it and verified software levels, etc and everything looks fine but my system
will not add her system to my Chat interface even though her system is on the list.  When I select her system and click
on "add" - nothing happens.

Both systems are Windows 7 and are totally up to date.   Any ideas?

I have no idea what happened but I can not add her into the chat dialog box.  I changed nothing and she's not there so I know neither of us did anything.... chock it up to Rod Serling I guess.
