Full version or QuickSupport??

I've been using Teamviewer occasionally for years but recently had a weird experience.  Not sure if I installed the wrong verision or what.  Put the full version on a friend's computer and while working on her problem the names of other friends who came online kept popping up.  I don't want this to show on my friend's computer.  What did I do wrong?   :-\

If I install the QuickSupport I assume I'd have to be on the phone with my friend and get the pin number each time.  I prefer the method where they can email me when they have a problem and I can get on their computers without a phone conversation to get the pin number.

Any suggestions??  Thanks in advance.

What did I do wrong?   :-\
Install the full version but DON'T log into your account, unless you are physically there and need to connect to another computer.

You should only log in at the computer that you are sitting in front of...

Thanks Matt!   That's exactly what I did because I had my friend's laptop at home and logged into my account on it.  I'll remember that next time.  Appreciate your response... been puzzled for weeks over this.  Have a great day!
