PC to Android - TeamViewer QuickSupport Issues

Hi all,

I've been looking for a solution (which seems impossible) for me to have full control over my Android 4.4.2 box FROM my PC and not on the same LAN.

I was told TV QuickSupport was a good solution.  I tried it out and tested the file transfer mode out and noticed that it cannot view and hidden folders or files. Is there any fix or method to get this working so I can view and transfer hidden files?

Once connected, I can't get out of the teamviewer menu and screen so I can't go to my homepage, etc...not sure if that's just not a feature or if I'm doing something wrong.  Am I able to view my android home screen, launch apps, etc while connected via team viewer?

QS has been designed to allow you to fully control your Android phone. Unfortunately, QS has been broken since Lollipop. I, for one, can view my phone screen, though that's just about it--meaning no way to control my phone.
