Disable "Disable Dual Monitor Notification" Notification

So, when I remote into a machine that has dual monitors, a notification comes up under the top bar saying that the machine i've remoted has a second monitor.  That's great, I like that reminder.  But every time I dismiss the reminder, I get a pop up of "Do you want to disable the dual monitor notification?".  No, I don't.  I like that notification.  I'd rather disable the pop up that asks me every time if I want to disable the notification.  Is this possible and i'm missing it somewhere?  Thanks!
