Good morning,
I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and installed Kaspersky internet security. The problem im having is that even though my computer at home is logged onto teamvewier I cant see it as being online. Occasionally I ask my girlfriend to restart it and it then appears but only for a short period of time. Im pretty sure the firewall is set up correctly as it does show up occasionally. Something happens to stop it from appearing online. This morning I turned on my laptop checked via my phone is was showing up and it was, then I got to work and tried to access my computer at home but it had vanished. The power settings were changed so that the network card cannot be turned off and its set to never sleep or hibernate.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it may be? Using version 10.0.45862
