I ran into this same problem today as well on my Win 7 Pro (64-bit) system.   The problem started up right after running Windows Update and downloading and installing all the available updates that were listed.   After restarting the system, TeamViewer 10 would crash anytime I tried to run it.   So I used the last System Restore Point to get the system back to where it was before running Windows Update; and that fixed the problem with TeamViewer.

Then I went back and re-ran Windows Update -- this time installing each new update one at a time.   By doing that, I was able to isolate the MS update that caused the problem.   Here's the update that's causing TeamViewer to crash on my system:

=====
Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB3097877)
=====

Whenever I try installing this update and restarting the system, the TeamViewer crash problem returns.   If I go and uninstall this KB3097877 update, that fixes the problem every time.

It appears that there's some incompatibility between KB3097877 and TeamViewer.   So my temporary solution for the time being is to simply not install that one update.   I'm hoping though that the engineers at Microsoft and TeamViewer eventually put their heads together to try to figure out what's wrong here.

More information about this issue.  It appears that there are other problems with the MS update KB3097877.   Other users are reporting that the update is causing Outlook to crash -- not just TeamViewer.   It's also affecting the Win 7 Sidebar and Gadgets, as well as RocketDock.

For more info about the problems with this update, refer to this article here:

KB3097877: Outlook crashes with error C0000374 (FIX) and other issues
http://borncity.com/win/2015/11/11/kb3097877-outlook-crashes-with-error-c0000374-fix-and-other-issues/

Apparently, Microsoft released KB3097877 without doing a whole lot of testing first.   Considering all the problems being reported, the best advice is to probably hold off on that update for a few weeks; and see if Microsoft releases a newer (fixed) version of the update.

I've got the same issue. Idiot micro messing up things again?
I started a system restore before leaving the house, seems like it didn't complete successfully, as I am unable to connect to my machine.

As noted above by stoerte, Microsoft released a newer version of the KB3097877 update today (12-Nov-2015).   I downloaded and installed that newer version of the update; and I can confirm that TeamViewer is now working OK again.   I tested this with both TeamViewer 10 and 11 (11.0.51091 Beta) on my Win 7 Pro 64-bit system.   Looks like MS fixed the problem.
