The trial license of your connection partner has expired

Hello everyone,

I've installed teamviewer version 7 on my personnal pc - non commercial one -  and I've tried connecting to my partner who has installed comercial and paid version of teamviewer version 5.

When I attempt connecting to teamviewer says this error message:

The trial license of your connection partner has expired. As you connection partner uses TeamViewer commercially, either one of you (one of the connection partners) needs a valid Teamviewer license.

Is there anyone has idea how to go around this issue?

Any helps will be much appreciated

I have the same problem. Surely somebody knows what's happening by now ;-)

I had a similar issue. The fact that the remote users copy is commercial it can be licensed two ways. They can embed the key into the installation (which they must not have done) or by logging in with a valid username and password that has a license attached to it.
