Always making a single program on a server available

Hello there!

I have put together a gaming server for my friends and myself. I would really like them to have access to the control panel, but not to anything else as I store files there too. I have ALMOST managed to create a good setup by always hosting a meeting on the server, sharing only the right application and having a password for joining. The only thing preventing this from working (I think) is that I would have to allow them remote control for them to actually be able to click on anything.

 Is there any way to grant remote control privileges upon joining the meeting? Or have I been doing this a lot more complicated than it has to be? Any input appreciated! Thank you.
