What am I doing wrong???

I tried to set up Teamviewer 11 full version remotely on a friend's computer.  After I got on her computer I tried to set up remote access.  I messed something up because her computer was trying to log onto mine!!!  Do I have to start over again?  I just want access to her computer to help her.

If you want to log onto her computer, you should start the connection from your computer and enter the details of her computer (ID + Password), or if you already have a connection the other way you can always swap sides.
