TeamViewer and black screen saver
« on: January 04, 2016, 06:57:59 AM »
I'm using Windows 8.1. either on my laptop or on my desktop. On my desktop is enabled the black screen saver.
When I try to get remote control from my laptop and the black screen saver is active on the desktop, I get the message that TeamViewer is not running on the remote computer. If I "wake" the desktop (that is I move the mouse and the desktop display appears again),  I am able to get the control via TeamViewer.
How can I get the remote control even if the remote computer has the black screen saver enabled?
I am using TeamViewer 11.
Thank you in advance
Roberto
