Hi, all.

I've been using Teamviewer for 2-3 years now, and its great.  I use it mostly to provide tech support to my crews in the field when there is troubleshooting involved.  We primarily run a couple of specific software programs, and have never had an issue.  However, in the past 3 weeks, I have an issue where a particular software program will freeze up (on the remote machine) if I remote access that computer using Teamviewer.  If I remote access the computer, and then open the software, it will open, load and operate normally...until I disconnect from the remote partner.  Then it freezes.  It is only the individual program, and no other programs or apps on the machine.  I can be running the same software on my local machine, and it doesn't freeze.  Its only frozen on the machine that is being connected to (or disconnected from).

I have tested it on multiple machines, on both Windows 10 and Windows 7, and it occurs every time.  It is not due to an update on the other software, as even when I install a prior version (which I had no problems with months ago), the error still occurs.  I sent a request into the other software, and they suspect its a conflict with video drivers...but they have not had time to download Teamviewer and troubleshoot it.

I'm running Teamviewer 10 (10.0.47484), with unattended remote access.  I tried installing the monitor driver, and it did not help.

Any ideas?

That would be my guess too.

Try Ver 11 and see if that helps (or ask TV official support, ie via a support ticket, or their facebook page - this is a user run site)
