Unable to view the Android screen from my laptop.
« on: March 19, 2016, 08:00:29 PM »
According to everything I see and read, I should be able to have remote access of my Android phone from my laptop. Yet with Teamviewer 11 (free version) on the laptop (Intel I5 with Windows 7) and Teamviewer 11 Host on my Kyocera Hydro Icon, all I can access is Dashboard and other stats. I see no options to bring up the Kyocera Hydro Icon screen for remote control.

Please, what am I missing?

Have you tried installing and running the Teamviewer Quicksupport app on the phone?

Hello sorry for the delay.

I uninstalled the Teamviewer Host and installed the Quicksupport app. Actually for my purpose I see no difference between the two.

From looking at the helping videos, my dashboard under both apps lacks the options to accomplish my desired connection.

So that again brings me back to the question, in using the free version, am I restricted from using some feature of the paid version?
