TeamViewer Host Samsung
« on: July 25, 2016, 04:35:27 AM »
Hello guy's ...
I have a new Samsung Galaxy S7 with Android 6.0.1 and i am very happy with TeamViewer Host Samsung.
All things working fine, but i can not write or delete Files/Folders on the external SD-Card via datatransfer. There are just Read-Rights. At the datatransfer browser the unit show me a "?SD Card" folder.

Had anyone a solution to get Write Access on the external SD-Card?
(I don't want share the SD-Card as internal storage !!!)

I have same problem, so it is not Samsung issue:

I can transfer from PC to the internal storage without a problem.

But when I want to transfer a file from PC to the SD card, it tells me:

"Error: The file system reported an error.
Additional information: (29) The system cannot write to the specified device"

Apparently Teamviewer does not have authorization to write to the SD card.

My SD card is 64 GB or 128 GB formatted ExFat. (My phone formats it automatically to ExFat as it is more than 32 GB). My Android phone is LG G4 version 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
