Unattended Access Problem
« on: April 19, 2016, 08:53:45 AM »
I am having a problem with one of my home computers set up for unattended access. After doing a restart on this computer a few weeks ago it disappeared from the "My Computers" list (Even on it's own TeamViewer screen it shows as offline) If I reinstall TeamViewer it will work until the next restart and then disappears again. This is really strange because two other computers running at home have no issues. They are all running Win7, with Norton Antivirus and TeamViewer version 11.
Ideas?

Yes, although when I get home tonight I'll try running the install as admin.
It worked correctly for quite a while then suddenly after one reboot it disappeared.

Here is what I tried.
Uninstalled TeamViewer with the setting of remove all settings and rebooted computer.
Downloaded the latest version from the website.
Installed using "Run as Administrator" and set up unattended access.
Computer shows up in the "My Computers" list
Just rebooted the computer and TeamViewer started but the computer is not listed in it's own list.

Never had any issues with TeamViewer until now??????

What exactly do you mean here... can you please explain in much more detail what you are seeing and what you were expecting to see
