Prompt For Access
« on: April 25, 2016, 09:42:01 AM »
I've not had any problems up until this moment with teamviewer. This program is absolutely life saving and amazing.

My problem I have now is that every time I want to be able to access one of my computers, it prompts the computer in question with an access box. Any way of disabling this? I've never had to do this before and can't seem to find any options to disable it.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am having a similar issue. Up until last Thursday I was able to connect to a remote pc with a password and user ID. Then on Thursday it started prompting the remote pc with a "do you wish to share your screen prompt" even though I had used the password, not prompt for confirmation. Not only that, but when I connect I get a big blue arrow that will highlight the area where the other person would click. Too bad this is my desktop that I am trying to set up so no one is there to click for me. Both the remote and mine(laptop) have windows 10(one home one pro) and both have latest team viewer (team viewer 11). I have not tried to reinstall team viewer but it's very strange. All of the settings say allow full access.

Extras >> Options >> Advanced

There is a 'Advanced Settings for connections to other computers' set to 'full access'

And similar place on the other end is  a ' Advanced settings for connections to this computer' set to 'full access'
