BuddyClientReceive ?

In my logs I see expected activity when I'm using TeamViewer, and when other machines are logged into mine. But I see regular log entries when no TeamViewer activity is supposed to be happening on my machine. Like this.

What exactly does this log entry mean? Who is doing what?

To my knowledge, there is no reference manual for interpreting log entries. If there is, I'd appreciate being pointed to it.
