Help -- I've submitted tickets, called support (5+ times over 3 days), and left voicemail per the instructions. No response. I'm beginning to wonder if Teamviewer is still in business? Perhaps someone here has an idea of how to solve this issue -- many thanks:
- Several of our other admins can login, however my account is inaccessible. (username/password mismatch error)
- The other admins have reset my account's password, but I'm still locked out. (username/password mismatch error)
- I've tried the password reset via email, but receive the following error "Request denied because you don't have sufficient permissions. Please contact your company's administrator for further assistance." -- I have validated that when I put in a gibberish email address, I get a different error message
Anyone know what might cause this about my account? Any suggestions?
