Large Mouse Cursor on some remote connections and mouse dissabled

Our Company is a Software Developer with Clients around the world. We have been using TV for remote support of our clients with a 3 user corporate license very happily for about 8 years.

In the last week 2 of us have had connections with remote PC's and our mouse cursor is large & yellowish in colour. When we click on something our Users Name appears in a box next to it but the mouse is disabled. We have to talk people through the support while watching......

Does anyone know if Windows User Account Controls or some Virus Software may be causing this.

It only happens on some remote connections, most connections work as normal.

We are a bit stumped on this one....
