Windows 10 Insider Build 14986
...
*FIXES THE ISSUE!

* I'm still doing preliminary testing, but it's looking great so far!
That's encouraging. I'm downloading that build now. I thought the Insider Program was going to be paused longer when they announced last week they were switching to the UUP method. I scanned the release notes and don't see anything that would seem to apply to this issue, but glad to hear it's better for you! I'll report back when I finish upgrading ...

The closest release note that might be related towards the fix is:
Quote
  • We fixed an issue where the Virtual Touchpad’s left and right buttons might not work on some devices. We also fixed an issue where the Virtual Touchpad wouldn’t launch if the primary monitor was non-touch, and added the Virtual Touchpad icon to the Taskbar settings where you can Turn system icons on or off.

I hope it works for you too!!

I've concluded my testing.
All my tests indicate that Windows 10 Insider Build 14986, solved the issues with clicking and right-clicking.
