prolific USB to serial COM port problems with connection

Hello to all,

I have some problems with connection to COM port (Prolific USB to serial COM port) on the remote PC using TeamViewer. I have this remote PC on my Computers&Contacts list. Sometimes this connections is working fine, I can open connection to remote PC, then I can open TeraTerm terminal and I can see list of available COM ports. But sometimes I can't see list of available COM ports, and also I can't see list of connected USB to Serial devices in devices manager. Then I have to call my colleague to connect manually to the COM port. After that, I have access to the TeraTerm terminal?

I was looking for the answer, maybe I missed something...

Does anybody knows exactly what is the reason why I sometimes can (or can't) connect to the COM port?
