Scaling on Linux
« on: August 15, 2013, 07:17:53 AM »
I've tested with Xubuntu 13.04 and Ubuntu Gnome 13.10, same problem on both:

- Windows remote control and xbuntu client.
- Whenever I try to scale the window, it doesn't scale. on 13.04 it seems to freeze the whole connection.
- Only fullscreen scaling works.

Just a hunch, but try setting quality to 'Custom' (256 colors) before you connect and see if the issue is resolved. I'm able to switch scaling and not have any disconnects as long as I'm using 256 colors on my Ubuntu 13.10 box.
