Teamviewer no longer recognizes Dual Monitors

I have been using Teamviewer for several years. My brother's computer has 2 monitors. I have never had any problem remotely supporting his computer and generating pop-up windows for his two monitors. After a recent update to the display driver, he noticed that while the main screen was on the left, Windows clearly thought that the right monitor was to the left of the "main" monitor. Specifically the behavior of moving the cursor from monitor 1 to monitor 2. After changing some windows settings, I discovered that Teamviewer no longer believes that the computer his two monitors and only displays one in the view tab. How do I get Teamviewer to recognize that the computer has two monitors again?

Here's somewhat of a solution.

1.  Connect to your destination PC.
2.  Choose Monitor 1
3.  Create a second connection to your destination PC. 
4.  It'll say something along the lines of "There is already a connection... Would you like to establish another connection?"  Choose Connect.
5.  Choose Monitor 2.

You are done.  Seems dumb, I know.

Your brother should >>>

in windows, if you right click the desktop and select properties, you should be able to 'identify' which shows a large number centre of screen.
swap them over by dragging and dropping

If you still can't see multiple monitors after this, I'd reinstall teamviewer at your brother's end.
That's all the easy solutions I can suggest, after that do as ADMIN says and lodge a support ticket through official teamviewer support channels
