Issue: Show black screen + Multiple Monitors

I'm having some issues with the "Show Black "Screen" feature.

Remote PC:
- Windows 7
- 4 1080p Monitors (#1 and #2 are horizontal & #3 and #4 are vertical)

Local PC:
- Windows 7
- 3 1080p Monitors (#1 and #2 are horizontal & #3 is vertical)

The problem is that only monitors 1 and 2 show the black screen correctly while 3 and 4 do not. I have confirmed that all of the windows have the "show black screen" option enabled.

I realize that this is probably a very rarely encountered problem, but I figured I'd see if anyone has come across it before (and hopefully has a fix).

I'm sure someone will ask, but no, I have not tested out to see if the issue has to do with the vertical orientation or if it only works with the first 2 monitors regardless. I'm sure someone has used TeamViewer with 3+ monitors before. I've tried Google, but I couldn't find anything.

Any ideas?

Hi I get same issue.

I have 2 remote monitors and only monitor 2 is blacked out. Monitor 1 is NOT and input is NOT disabled...

I tried going back to teamviewer version 7 on both local and remote machines - but that has the same issue.

This is a very serious problem.
