About 3 days ago I installed Teamviewer on my Galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition (model SM-P600) which is running android version 4.3. I also have Teamviewer installed on my PC and laptop (All devices running version 9 of teamviewer), and for 3 days I've been able to successfully sign into my teamviewer account on my android device and control my PC. It wasn't until I rebooted my android tablet that the issues started occurring, i went to sign in like I had for the past 3 days, however when i put my password in I receive an error stating: "sign in failed. Please check your internet connection and try again" When I attempt to run a 'test connection' I receive an error saying "connection error"
What I've attempted to fix the issue:
uninstalling and re installing team viewer on the android tablet
A fresh reboot
Disconnecting and reconnecting my wifi (its a wifi only tablet)
Restarting the router
Adjusting the wifi settings
Turning firewall and internet security settings off
None of the above have worked at all, the issue still persists (It's not an account issue because I can log into the Teamviewer website and I can also sign into my account on my PC, the issue only persists on my Android tablet). Here's the event log for anyone who may have some more technical experience
Does anyone else have this issue? And have you found a way to solve it and/or have any suggestions?
