Protocol Negotiation Failed.....WTF

Hi

Is anyone else experiencing the error "Protocol negotiation failed. Please try again"?

Up until yesterday, this is all I get when trying to connect to my home machine both from my iPhone and Windows 7 Laptop.

I initially put the problem down to the remote machine, so I checked and all seems ok: TV running, allowed in Firewall, no changes. So, I restarted the remote machine and things were ok again.....but after a successful connection this morning I am now getting the same problem.

Any ideas??
