We are Proof of Concepting TV 9 from our corp env - especially through our Clearswift Proxy.
(We have approval for corporate license but need to make sure it works)
Using Proxy settings we can connect to the TEST site "12345"
Same settings we cannot connect to our external TV contractor instance.
If I go directly over the internet to external - it works. So external is functional and works with my TV setup. Through Proxy it fails
On Proxy: We Whitelisted everything *.TEAMVIEWER.COM - still failed to external site (works to 12345)
used "fiddler" to view what sites it was attempting to hit, then created a list of the IP ADDRESSES that its connecting to.
Once we whitelisted these IP ADDDRESSES the connection to external worked.
> Where can I get a list of the IP ADDRESSES?
> Does the Corporate copy use a different method of connectivity? ie: DNS only so this issue is avoided
