TeamViewer not connecting to partner

This just started about 30 minutes ago.  My team viewer won't connect to a partner that shows online.  When I try to bring up team viewer on my phone/tablet it just disconnects or says the internet is not available.  Is there a problem with the service itself?

Just thought to add that this is beta 10 on both sides.
