Good morning everty body,
i'm new to this software so i have some questions and i hope you can help me about them.
I have to use teamviewer to remote assistance some notebook in my company. is it possible to change user on the remote pc during a session withou a disconnection? notebbok are config with a "normal" user and an admin user. if i'llreceive a request maybe i'll have toa ccess the notebook during a "normal user" sessione but i could have to change to admin user to install something. is it possible or after disconnection/change of user teamviewer session goes down?
if it goes down how to solve this problem?
Short Answer, Yes you can change users while remaining connected.
Make sure you have teamviewer setup to start with windows and use a unique password so that you can access the machine anytime.
If you lose connection, have the user reboot the system and since it is setup to run with windows, it should reappear.
If starting with windows isn't preferred, still use a unique password, but have the user double click the teamviewer icon on the desktop to start teamviewer whenever they need help.
another question:
after a reboot is it possible to conitnue to use teamviewer or i should wait a user action? i should reboot remotely the pc, logon remotely ( so i can access directly to admin access) and continue to use it without user help?
If teamviewer is setup to start with windows, and you have a unique password entered you should be able to access the machine at your convenience without user input or control.
To "start with windows", double click the teamviewer icon on the remote computer.

Check mark "start with windows"
It will prompt you to enter a unique password.
