Team Viewer moves windows on multi-monitor system
« on: December 05, 2014, 12:11:27 AM »
I have a multi-monitor setup. When someone is looking at my system via Team Viewer and only looking at one display, then Team Viewer pulls across any windows that are subsequently opened up on the other screens onto the one that is being shared. This is creating some significant issues for me as these windows must stay on their respective monitors. Is there a way of controlling this behaviour?

When the person looking at your system connects, if they go to the top connection bar, and select view >> do they have 'select single window' selected??

What you describe doesn't happen to me, but I'm still on ver 8. I see individual monitors separately

The view has "Show whole desktop" selected.

That may well be the issue. Try changing that setting
