Hi. I wanted to record a meeting session with my and my friend's (a participant's) voices. When I stopped and played the file of that session, I found that I can hear only myself and her voice was very silent, I mean there was almost complete silence on the record (probably my mic caught some sounds from my 'open' headphones). We checked and allowed everything on both sides. I mean
- Participant Interacton - Full (Allow everything)
- Record participant's video and VoIP (requires participant's confirmation) - checked, and when TV asked, she confirmed.
Also we noticed that our system sounds (Windows) were turned off somehow and when we turned them on it seems like her voice on recordings became more loud, but still nothing to compare with the volume and clearness of voice which I heard on air.
Also we tried to switch our roles so she became a presenter and I was a participant. Nothing has changed. There is still a normal high quality audio of a presenter and almost no sounds from a participant.
When she played a video file on her screen, I could also see it but not hear.
I would be very glad if you could help me to solve this problem...
