maintain a keyboard pressed
« on: March 18, 2015, 02:08:38 AM »
Hello,

I have problem with some keyboard action, and it's not specific to a software.

Let me explain with an simple example :
With Arcobat Reader, when I press space bar and maintain pressed, the hand icon appear and still.
But with team viewer, it appear that the hand icon flashes quickly like if I press and release space bar every time.

The fact is that behavior appear in many software and, in my case, can be problematic for remote working.
Is there a setting I can do to avoid this behavior.

I hope that's clear,
Thanks.

Thanks SgtKeroro,
it's good to known that's problem isn't specific to me.

Now It would be good to have an official feedback from the dev Team to know if :
- it's an unknow bug and you will investigate
- or it's a know bug that's will be corrected in a near future
- or it's a limitation of the "team viewer" system that can't be resolved

Thanks a lot.

If you want 'official feedback' you need to lodge this through official support channels, ie the facebook page or lodge a ticket (links to both above)

This is a user lead forum - this is not official support for teamviewer

Ok, so I've contacted support.
They told me that's a known problem in the current version and that developers are already working on a solution and this will be fixed as soon as possible.

I like their reaction and hope they find a solution.
Now wait an see  ;) !
