TV remote through internet access from LAN

Hai All,

i have a pc that connect to LAN, it also have internet connection. then i try to activating TV, it always says "not ready please check internet connection".
is this error caused by firewall or something? or it is impossible to do it ?

it works when i try to using internet access through WIFI router. but WIFI router connection unstable, that causing remote failure.
i wonder how to make TV works using internet connections that come from LAN.

what happens if you disable the wifi connection entirely?

If your machine drops wifi at times then WINDOWS may think that it has lost the internet connection. TeamViewer should work fine (better) with a LAN internet connection
