Can't login to Partner List

I try to login to Partner List and get a message that the User id and password do not match. Ask for a password reset. (forgot password) and am asked for my email address. It can't be found. try to register and am told I am already registered. What might be going on?

Opened two tickets with support 4 days ago. No answer yet after 4 days.I am a free user.

sorry that you do not get an answer earlier. This forum is not an official forum of the TeamViewer company, but we try to give also support to our private users. However sometimes it can take a few days.

Can you login to partner list again? You can log into your account with your username or alternatively with your e-mail adress. Did you try both?

Logon now happens. Don't know what I did but after waiting about 10 seconds the partners all appeared on the partner list. Must be logging on automatically.
