Unattended access not working (asking for partner to confirm)

Hiall,

I had initially installed Teamviewer on two Windows machines, and was able to access both of them unattended either way. However, I tinkered with one of the installations in order to check how vpn works and now unattended access to that computer ceased working. When I try to access it says it has to wait for the partner to confirm and of course gives up after a bit. I have set the password on the receiving end and have an account at teamviewer so I usually just double click on the computer name to connect. As far as I can see I followed the instructions in http://www.teamviewer.com/en/res/pdf/first_steps_unattended_access_en.pdf

Also the two computer are far apart and I can't make a lot of tests going back and forth. Short of reinstalling to reset all settings, does anyone have a suggestion where in the options I should look?

Your best bet may be to just reinstall, it really isnt that time consuming and it will most likely resolve the issue.
