Can't reconnect after computer is locked
« on: December 10, 2012, 12:42:07 PM »
This started happening around the time I got version 8 on my desktop (I always use my desktop to connect to the laptop), and I didn't have version 8 on the laptop until today. I don't know for 100 percent certainty this was caused by upgrading to 8 on my desktop but it could be.

What happens is that when I lock the laptop from my desktop's teamviewer, either regular lock or with lock on disconnect, I can't reconnect. It just hangs on 'connecting'. Sometimes it also has a completely blue screen (Not a BSOD, just a default windows XP background type of blue, and you can see the mouse pointer but nothing else) - When this happened, I had someone try to ALT+Tab and Ctrl+Alt+Delete, neither of which did anything - Restarting the computer fixes the problem, and everything seems to work fine until the laptop gets locked.

I just figured out it happens after a lock, so I'll post if there's any other way in which this happens

So I've gotten the following errors when trying to reconnect after a lock
-"teamviewer partner did not connect to router"
-Hangs on connecting with the orange sphere
-When trying to do it via the teamviewer web application it sort of connects and disconnects instantly with a "Finished" thing
-ONCE, I connected after it was locked, but I just saw a blue screen (default windows xp background color) with the mouse pointer, couldn't do anything
