I can't use the mouse keys.

When I do a mouse clik (either left or right mouse key) on an active window it get's inactive (headline is grey).
Same with desktop, I cant click on icons or open context menue (right mouse click)
Keyboard works fine!

Does anybody have an hint for me?

Thank You!

Hello
I have exactly the same problem,
navigation with keyboard works but I loose focus when I click with the mouse...
apparently if I kill explorer.exe and restart it in task manager, it resolve the issue for some minutes..

I use TeamViewer pro 10 on hundred devices running windows 8,7,server2008... and some of its present this issue..

waiting a reply from customer service :-\

This issue has been resolved in TV version 4.0.40798, so just update and you should be good.

I had a similar issue during the past few days. Both computers have two displays, and for some reason mouse input only went to the left (right being main) display. When I enabled remote cursor, I saw the remote mouse mirrored exactly the location of my mouse, just on the wrong display. This only occurred when two display windows were used, if I had just one Teamviewer window it worked normally.

I updated from IIRC 10.0.40462 to 10.0.40798, and the problem disappeared.
