Unable to connect to partner
« on: June 18, 2013, 01:38:17 AM »
Hi,

I have a Windows 7 professional machine and a Linux Lubuntu machine. Both have team viewer installed and I need to access one from the other remotely.

The machines have each other listed in the "Computers & Contacts" window, but if I try connect (to/from wither machine) I get the attached error.

It looks like it should be pretty straightforward to connect, am I missing something?

make sure you have the latest version of teamviewer, have your restarted each system?
 if t continues:
sometimes it just best to submit a ticket:

support for the Free Version can sometimes take a bit, but they do provide help.
 Let us know the resolution.
